1. We provide One Year Factory Warranty on all mobile phones.
Any problem you can send back to repair . But not including the broken made yourself .
If a phone is faulty within 15 days from the purchasing, as long as the phone is brand new, we can replace it with a new one.
If a phone is faulty but have scratches on the face and body, we can only repair the phone instead of replacement.
2. Buyer is responsible for sending back the faulty phones back to us and it will be on our cost to send back the phones with your new orders.
3. For all the faulty phones, You should email the problem and IMEI Number to us before your sending, so that we can check if the phone is ours and within the warranty period.
Pay attention:
1) Please send back the faulty phones ( quantity <10pcs) only through EMS or Normal Post. DO NOT use TNT/DHL/FEDEX/UPS etc.

2) If the faulty phones quantity is large ( quantity >10pcs) , we will give you our Hong Kong Address to import it. Please check with us before your sending.
